Reviews and Ratings
I was impressed by the hotel's spacious and well-designed rooms, equipped with modern amenities and a fantastic rainfall shower. The in-room coffee machine was a wonderful touch, and being allowed early access without any fuss was a real bonus. The inviting lounges and fantastic dining options made my stay memorable, with the delicious bento and in-room dinner being standout experiences. However, the younger staff members, though friendly, could benefit from more experience, and the location, while quiet, lacked nearby nightlife and convenient access to major train stations.
